My Academy, launched in 2023, embodies this investment in skills development. As a dedicated learning centre for in-house training.

My Academy, based at the Group’s headquarters in Fuveau, covers several areas including software development, adaptation to new technologies, and management. It also provides induction programmes for new starters.

My Academy addresses several key needs, including:

  • Ensuring employees stay up-to-date in their roles.
  • Consistency of onboarding programmes across entities and departments for improved training management.
  • Accelerating the learning process and skills development through e-learning modules.
  • Facilitating the integration of service provider teams by providing them with basic training.

A dedicated team of experts, including internal and external trainers, a learning manager, and an administrative training officer, runs the training programmes and provides administrative and learning support.

My Academy actively supports vocational retraining through the France’s government-funded “POEI” back-to-work training scheme.

The programme, run at the company’s initiative, aims to provide job seekers with the necessary skills to meet the requirements of a job opening at the company. It allows candidates to acquire new skills while maintaining their job seeker status and continuing to receive unemployment benefit while they train.

Recognising that retaining talent and offering new positions involves internal mobility, Softway Medical Group makes use of My Academy to support this process. Internal mobility, meaning any change of position or function within a company or group of companies, benefits both the employee and the employer.
