If you are a current customer, we will retain your personal data for the duration of our commercial relationship. After the end of our relationship, your personal data will then be kept in an intermediate database for five (5) years.

If you are a prospect, we will not retain your data for more than three (3) years after our last contact.

If you are a candidate and your application is not successful, we will delete the information you shared with us no later than two (2) years after you provided it. If your application is successful, your personal data will be retained for the duration of the employment relationship and for five (5) years after the end of that relationship, or any other period recommended by the CNIL according to the document relating to the employment relationship.

Finally, the connection information that we may collect for security, maintenance, and improvement purposes mentioned above will not be retained for more than one (1) year after.

Retention Period
The Personal Data processed by Softway Medical Group is retained for 3 months following the decision that concludes the recruitment process (candidate selection) or for 2 years after the last contact, with the candidate’s consent.
