DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal Data processed by Softway Medical is retained for 3 months following the decision closing the recruitment process (choice of a candidate) or for 2 years with the consent of the concerned candidate.

YOUR RIGHTS

Individuals concerned have the right to request access to and rectification of their Personal Data.

Individuals concerned have the right to request the limitation of the processing of their Personal Data, (i) if they contest the accuracy of their Data for the period allowing us to verify its accuracy, (ii) if they consider that we are unlawfully processing their Data and they request a limitation of their use instead of deletion, (iii) if we no longer need their Data for the purposes mentioned above but they are still necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of their rights in court, (iv) in case of exercise of their right to object during the verification period as to whether our legitimate reasons prevail over theirs.

Individuals concerned have the right to request the deletion of their Personal Data. In case of request for deletion of their Data, Softway Medical may nevertheless keep them in intermediate archiving form for the period necessary to meet its legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
